This instrument is the latest upgraded product developed by our company, using an integrated floor standing model. It can simultaneously comply with four national standards: GB/T 265 "Determination of Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products and Algorithm for Dynamic Viscometers", GB/T 1995 "Algorithm for Viscosity Index of Petroleum Products", GB/T 11137 "Determination of Kinematic Viscosity of Dark Petroleum Products (Counterflow Method) and Algorithm for Dynamic Viscometers", GB/T 8170 "Rules for Numerical Rounding and Representation and Determination of Limit Values", and the National Metrological Verification Regulation JJG 155 "Working Capillary Viscometer". The determination of the kinematic viscosity of non wall mounted transparent or semi transparent oil products can be carried out using a Ukrainian capillary tube, or the determination of the kinematic viscosity of black wall mounted oil products can be carried out using a counter current tube. Adopting microcomputer program automatic control, the entire experimental process is automatically completed, widely used in petroleum, chemical, military, scientific research, pharmacopoeia and other testing or measurement departments to determine the kinematic viscosity (mm2/s) of liquid petroleum products (referring to Newtonian liquids) and polymer dilute solutions.

1. This instrument is a floor standing, integrated structure. The upper part of the instrument consists of a constant temperature bath and control system, while the lower part consists of a refrigeration system and a vacuum extraction system. The lowest control temperature of the test bath can reach 15 ℃, and the highest can reach 120 ℃.
2. Having two working units, A and B, capable of conducting synchronous or asynchronous measurement tests on two (or two) samples simultaneously; Two testing units can switch between automatic and manual modes at will.
3. Adopting a 10.2-inch color touch LCD display and microcontroller control technology, the constant temperature of the test bath, oil sample suction, detection, calculation, viscosity tube cleaning, drying process, and printing of test reports are all automatically completed.
4. New temperature sensors and temperature control algorithms have been adopted, achieving a temperature display resolution of 0.001 ℃ and a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.04 ℃.
5. One or two cleaning solutions can be used for cleaning to make the viscosity tube cleaner. The cleaning should be carried out before drying, and the number of cleaning cycles can be set by oneself.
6. It has the function of storing test results and can store 100 inspection records.
