           This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T41733-2022 "Organic Heat Carrier Residual Carbon Determination Instrument (Nitrogen Filling Method)" and the standard ASTM D4530 of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for residual carbon determination of unused and in use organic heat carriers, with a residual carbon mass fraction range of 0.01% to 10.0%. Add the test sample to the sample tube, fill the coking furnace with nitrogen, and heat it up to 500 ℃ according to the specified temperature program. The volatile substances generated by the reaction are carried away by nitrogen gas, and the residual carbon value is calculated based on the mass fraction of the residue in the test sample.
