This instrument is based on the requirements of the method for determining the flowability of chemical liquids using a U-shaped vibrating tube densitometer in the petroleum product density determination method (U-shaped vibrating tube method) in the petrochemical industry standard SH/T 0604-2000 of the People's Republic of China and the standard GB/T 1884-2000; But except for crude oil and heavy oil, the testing principle is to inject a small amount of sample into a controllable temperature sample tube, record the vibration frequency or period, and calculate the density of the sample using the pre obtained sample tube constant. The constant of the sample tube is determined by the vibration frequency when the sample tube is filled with a calibration solution of known density. The instrument will directly display the density value after the sample is injected into the sample tube.
