This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T392 Lubricating grease pressure separation method. This instrument uses a pressurized oil separator to press oil out of the lubricating grease, and then measures the amount of oil pressed out. The temperature requirement for the experiment is 15-25 ℃.
1. Connecting rod: After processing the piston and heavy hammer, and adding a diameter of 8 steel ball, the total weight is strictly weighed within the standard range (1000g ± 10g).
2. The studio temperature requirement is between t=15 ℃ and 25 ℃.
3. Each unit has 4 connecting rods and a heavy hammer device.

1. Some parts: frame body, glass plate, connecting rod, heavy hammer, φ 8 metal ball, grease container and piston, and a level gauge is set for top note level test.
2. The connecting rod, piston, and heavy hammer have been finely processed, and the total weight, combined with a diameter of 8 metal ball, is within the standard range of 1000g ± 10g. Each set has been accurately weighed.
3. The bottom surface of the frame made of stainless steel has adjustable screws, which are beautiful and practical.
4. In order to make the connecting rod and heavy hammer perpendicular to the glass plate, a guide sleeve is set on the frame, and the tolerance fit between the connecting rod and the guide sleeve is appropriate.
